You specifically agree NOT to: submit false, misleading, or harmful location information; encourage trespassing, vandalism, or illegal activities; upload content you don't have rights to share; upload personally identifiable information of others without consent; harass or abuse other users; circumvent security features; use automated scraping tools; or impersonate others.
The Service allows users to submit locations, photos, comments, and ratings. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content. You represent that you own or have permission to share the content. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NE SKATE SPOTS, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY: personal injury, death, or property damage arising from use of any location; trespassing citations, fines, arrests, or legal consequences; direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages; loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses; damages from your access to or inability to access the Service; damages from user-generated content or conduct of other users; or damages from unauthorized access to your data.
